  • Get H.I.R.E.D SERVICE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties.


    BETWEEN


    Get Sponsored Job UK

    AND

    The Client.

    BACKGROUND

    The Provider offers the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge* - a weekly, cohort-based program designed to deliver a UK/EU-ready job-search system for internationals (strategy, LinkedIn, ATS-friendly CV, interview plan and sponsorship negotiation framework). The Client agrees to participate in this program under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

    1. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Program at the point of purchase.

    2. SERVICES PROVIDED

    The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as part of the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge:                                                                                 FOUR live sessions on core Modules with Coach Sabiha and Coach Mayuri

    Done-For-You (Done For You &  Done With You) Deliverables* 

    • One UK/EU-style ATS-friendly CV (for primary target role)*

    • One tailored UK cover letter (for primary target role)*

    • Full LinkedIn profile revamp optimisation guide (headline, about, experience, skills)*


    Additional Support & Tools

    • Weekly implementation and doubt solving support via private LinkedIn community group.

    • AI Agents integrated into the workflow:

      • Job Scraper Agent (job leads)

      • LinkedIn Networking Agent (message & follow-up templates)

      • Interview Preparation Agent (mock interviewer & question bank)

      • CV Optimisation Agent

      • Cover Letter drafting Agent


    • Guided Employability Expert support* for progress tracking and DFY/DWY coordination

    • Additional templates and resources shared via email or platform


    Support hours:
    Email support Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT/CEST +1 hour 
    Typical response time: 24–48 hours during work hours

    3. PAYMENT TERMS

    Program price: £599*

    Payment option:

    • One-off payment

    Total payable at point of sale: £599*

    Payments must be made via the checkout payment methods provided. Payments made are non-refundable. The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details any charges inccured due to insufficient funds will be the sole responsiblity of the client. Please note, this maybe inclusive of a 20% VAT.

    4. DELIVERABLES, TIMING & CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

    Delivery

    DFY DWY deliverables will be delivered to Client according to the programme roadmap as per weekly modules.

    Client Responsibilities

    The Client must:

    • Complete onboarding form and baseline audit before the first live lab

    • Provide timely documents, inputs, feedback and complete designated tasks within timeline for DFY services

    • Attend live sessions or watch recordings and complete assigned tasks

    • In the case of rescheduling sessions with employability experts, we need atleast 48 hours email notice, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the service.

    Please note, delays in client responses, violation of client charter, any unpleasant behaviour with the team or other community members may result in forfeiture of services as well as not achieving desirable results due to lack of implementation.


    5. GUARANTEES & DISCLAIMER

    • No guarantees are made regarding job offers, sponsorship, visas, or employment outcomes

    • Results vary and depend on client participation, implementation, resilience and execution

    • The Provider is not liable for losses arising from Client inaction

    • No liability for indirect or consequential damages (including lost income)


    6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information.


    The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. Data may be shared with vetted subcontractors only as necessary for DFY DWY services.


    The Client consents to anonymised data usage and success stories. Named testimonials will have explicit consent before use.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All materials, templates, agents, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Get Sponsored Job UK operating as Mayuri Rajput Consultancies Pvt Ltd.

    The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for personal job-search use only.


    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.

    Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.


    9. FORCE MAJEURE

    The Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Alternative arrangements or recorded content will be provided where possible.


    10. VARIATION & SUBSTITUTION

    The Provider may:

    • Substitute employability experts or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice*

    • Replace components with equivalent alternatives if required*

    Material changes if any will be communicated in advance.


    11. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.


    12. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

    By enrolling in and paying for the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
