Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential clients, both B2C and B2B (UK employers). Your role will involve understanding clients' needs, presenting our services, and guiding them through the decision-making process to achieve their career goals in the UK job market. You will work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and how our services can address them.
Present and explain our services in a clear and compelling manner, tailored to the client's specific situation.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Continuously update and refine your approach based on market trends, client feedback, and company objectives.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
Follow up with clients to provide additional information, answer questions, and assist in the decision-making process.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics to the sales manager.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Coordinate with customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve and expand our service offerings.
Qualifications
- UK Graduate (Any field)
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the UK job market and recruitment practices is a plus but not required.
