    About the product

    We’re building an AI-powered platform that helps international job seekers make smarter, faster, and more realistic career decisions across countries.

    This is not just another job board.
    This is a     decision engine for global careers.

    What you’ll do


    • Build and scale a full-stack product from scratch

    • Design backend systems that handle user data, workflows, and automation

    • Develop AI-powered featuresthat go beyond chat and actually take action

    • Integrate APIs, scraping systems, and intelligent pipelines

    • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape product direction


    What we need from you

    Core Skills

    • Strong full-stack experience (React / Next.js + Node / Python)

    • Experience building scalable backend systems

    • Clean API design and system thinking

    • Strong database fundamentals

    AI + Automation (non-negotiable)

    • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

    • Prompt engineering with structured outputs

    • Building workflows using LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar

    • Ability to combine data + AI + logic into real product features

    Bonus

    • Experience with scraping systems

    • Building recommendation or scoring systems

    • Familiarity with hiring, ATS, or job platforms

    • Startup or 0→1 product experience
