    Role Overview

    As a Sales Closer, you will own high-intent discovery and conversion calls with inbound leads from our webinars, challenges, and communities.

    This is a consultative, conversation-first role where your ability to listen, diagnose, and guide matters as much as your ability to close.

    You will work closely with the founder to:

    • Refine messaging

    • Improve conversion systems

    • Build a predictable, clean sales pipeline


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Discovery & Qualification

    • Run structured 1:1 discovery calls with inbound leads

    • Uncover goals, constraints, urgency, and eligibility

    • Assess fit honestly and recommend the correct program (or disqualify)

    2. Consultative Closing

    • Present programs with clarity, integrity, and confidence

    • Handle objections empathetically (price, fear, timing, trust)

    • Close directly on the call where appropriate

    • Guide prospects through payment and onboarding smoothly

    3. Pipeline Ownership

    • Maintain clean CRM hygiene (stages, tags, follow-ups)

    • Execute disciplined follow-ups via WhatsApp, email, and calls

    • Track show-up rates, conversions, and decision timelines

    4. Relationship & Brand Trust

    • Build rapport without pressure

    • Ensure every prospect feels respected—even if they don’t buy

    • Represent the brand as a trusted career advisor, not a salesperson

    5. Feedback & Optimisation

    • Share weekly insights on objections, drop-offs, and messaging gaps

    • Contribute to improving webinars, scripts, and funnels

    CLEAR 30–60–90 DAY SUCCESS PLAN

    First 30 Days – Foundation & Ramp-Up

    By Day 30, you will:

    • Fully understand all Get Sponsored Job programs and ICPs

    • Master the discovery framework and objection handling playbooks

    • Shadow live calls and conduct supervised calls independently

    • Handle 20–30 discovery calls with structured notes

    • Demonstrate:

      • Clear qualification logic

      • Ethical recommendation or disqualification

      • Strong communication and empathy

    Outcome:
    You are trusted to run calls independently with consistency.

    Days 31–60 – Ownership & Consistency

    By Day 60, you will:

    • Own your call calendar end-to-end

    • Close deals independently at an agreed benchmark conversion rate

    • Maintain clean CRM records with zero follow-up leakage

    • Begin contributing insights to improve scripts and webinars

    • Handle common objections confidently without escalation

    Outcome:
    You are a reliable revenue contributor with predictable performance.

    Days 61–90 – Optimisation & Impact

    By Day 90, you will:

    • Hit or exceed monthly closing targets consistently

    • Improve show-up rates through better pre-call communication

    • Influence sales messaging and objection frameworks

    • Act as a trusted voice prospects rely on during decision-making

    • Reduce founder dependency in day-to-day sales operations

    Outcome:
    You operate as a core revenue owner, not just a closer.

    Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

    • 1–4 years in consultative sales, admissions counselling, or closing

    • Confidence running 1:1 Zoom or phone calls

    • Strong objection handling with empathy

    • Excellent spoken English

    • Discipline with follow-ups and CRM hygiene

    • Comfort discussing pricing and decisions directly

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience in EdTech, coaching, or upskilling programs

    • High-ticket service closing experience

    • Familiarity with international job search journeys

    • Comfort with WhatsApp voice notes and community-led sales

    • Exposure to UK/EU education or career systems

    • Passive counsellors

    • People uncomfortable with targets
